1. Catering Supervisor
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial catering
✅ Certified in Food Technology, Production, Services & Quality Assurance
✅ HACCP Level III

2. Food Hygiene Officer
✅ Minimum 7 years of experience in food safety & hygiene control
✅ M.Sc. in Food Technology & Quality Assurance, Training, Inspection & Auditing
✅ Expertise in Food Safety & Quality Management
✅ HACCP Level III or IV
